Tier 1: For Tier 1 coaching, athletes get a personalized training plan with weekly emails explaining their workouts. Runners have unlimited contact via phone, e-mail, or text messaging. Race strategy will be developed and discussed, and runners will receive supplementary information regarding stretching, nutrition, strength training, pacing, and other running related topics in their weekly email. Tier 1 coaching has an introductory rate of $50 for the first month, then $75 monthly after.
Drop Ins: Runners are welcome to try one coached workout for free and can drop in at any time for $10/session. Please fill out the contact form for more information.
